The health benefits and solutions that have come about since becoming vegan have surpassed any and all of my expectations. I tamed my "health-beast" with a vegan diet that includes Vega. All other "beasts" come and line up - I can take you all. I look scared in the picture, but I am really just about to karate chop that big ol' meat-eater.
